General Information:
The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing facility systems and equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, pumps, compressed air systems and electrical systems.
- Perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance activities.
- Perform general building maintenance including doors, lighting, ceilings, flooring, and minor construction activities.
- Complete work orders and PMs in SAP.
- Read mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Follow all plant safety policies, OSHA regulations, and environmental requirements.
- Support Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and safe work practices.
- Participate in safety audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3 years industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and work in confined spaces when required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to respond to occasional emergency maintenance situations outside normal working hours.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
- SAP or CMMS experience preferred.
- Technical certification in HVAC, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance.
