Your Key Responsibilities
- Complete assigned project(s) over the course of a work term
- Participants should be responsible, able to work independently, and open to instruction
- Receive developmental opportunities through tasks such as projects, job-rotation, hands-on training, and exposure to Schaeffler's manufacturing and technological processes
Your Qualifications
- High school Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be pursuing an academic degree
- Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester
