Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Purchase to Pay process aligned with category strategies and stakeholder requirements, ensuring quality and compliance
- Assist and review new supplier setups to support sourcing activities
- Manage operational tasks including requisition and purchase order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution
- Assist with reconciliation of accounting issues related to supplier invoices
- Support Buyers with special projects and tasks as required
- Collect data from SAP, MIPS, SQN Database, Business Warehouse, Winchill, and other supplier development systems
- Communicate and escalate plant supplier issues to ensure prompt resolution
- Maintain hard copy files and necessary documentation
- Perform administrative duties such as travel arrangements, calendar management, and preparing PowerPoint presentations
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3 years working as a coordinator or administrator
- At least 1 year of experience with supplier coordination or administrative duties
- Solid knowledge and experience in purchase order management and the Purchase to Pay process
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with an interest in process improvements and innovation
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
