Position Overview
The Customer Service representative supports customers within our Packaging Services Division by managing product inquiries, order entry, returns, and invoicing. This role centers on building and maintaining strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service and operational accuracy.
Essential Functions
• Assist customers via telephone and email with product inquiries, orders, issues, or returns
• Enter customer orders into the AX system
• Create work orders for the manufacturing and fabrication of products
• Build relationships with new customers and dealers, and strengthen existing relationships
• Set up new customer accounts in the system
• Generate customer invoices
• Receive and process product returns
• Update product information in the accounting system
• Escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution
• Communicate shipping methods and updates to the warehouse
Qualification Requirements
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong PC and web literacy
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a sales or customer service role within a physical product environment
• Minimum 6 months of AX order entry experience
