What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Experience Specialist position at Schaal Plumbing Heating and Cooling?

Pay: $37,000-$45,000 a year
This is a full-time position working 40 hours in the office between the hours of 7am and 7pm, 7 days a week.

We are looking to add customer service representatives that love to solve problems and will do whatever it takes to please our customers. No experience is necessary. All you need is a good attitude, a strong work ethic, and great communication skills.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with associates.
- Presents ideas effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Managing inbound and/or outbound calls.
- Following various communication scripts when speaking to a caller.
- Identifying customer needs, answering questions, and providing solutions/alternatives to issues.
- Building sustainable customer relationships.
- Achieving and exceeding established KPIs and performance goals.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to adhere to departmental attendance and other established processes and procedures.
- Ability to sit up to 90% of your scheduled shift; while performing related phone and computer assignments.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
