Litigation Associate, Insurance Defense (Construction Law)

Our client, a boutique law firm with a 20 year history of exceptional insurance defense, professional liability, and litigation, is looking for a Litigation Associate with 3 years’ experience in Insurance Defense to join their onsite team in Melville.
For this role, you need to be well-experienced in the commercial insurance defense litigation (litigation of construction law HIGHLY DESIRED), as well as conducting depositions, all phases of written discovery, and motions. This role requires an onsite/in-office daily presence, strong interpersonal and written communication skills, and a team-oriented work capability.
The salary range for this opportunity is $125k-$150k (based on experience) and includes medical/dental/vision coverage (with heavy contribution), 401k with contribution, FSA, 3-weeks PTO, and a low hourly billable minimum.
