We have several properties ranging from small to very large which require unarmed security officers. The positions require the officer(s) to know how to work well in Home Owner Association setting.
Sceptre Security, LLC is a Florida Class B Security Agency
Sites, multiple: (10) position
Monday through Sunday: 5PM to 1AM; 6PM to 2AM; 4PM to 12AM, 10AM to 6PM other possible varied shifts
Responsibilities
- Condominium Security, HOA Security
- Monitor and authorize entrance of people in the property
- Enforce curfew policy
- Enforce parking violations
- Conduct hourly foot patrols on property
- Provide assistance to people in need
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
Skills
- Proven experience as security officer or guard
- Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
- Familiarity with report writing
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Florida Class D (Unarmed Security License) at minimum
- High School diploma is required
- Physically Fit
