Scentsy is looking for a Content Configuration and Promotion Analyst to accurately configure and coordinate digital content within multiple execution systems as well as curate sales and promotions.

Scentsy is looking for a Content Configuration and Promotion Analyst to accurately configure and coordinate digital content within multiple execution systems as well as curate sales and promotions.
What You'll Do
- Create/configure content setup requests in multiple execution systems according to launch requirements
- Ensure all content is appropriately loaded, named, tagged, attributed, and effectively cross-linked
- Accurately configure content for all digital platforms and products
- Troubleshoot and perform quality checks of campaigns, workflows, data issues, and other key execution functions
- Identify issues across platforms, understand impact/risk, and communicate to functional teams
- Identify inefficient processes and systems and coordinate cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions, automating solution and leveraging AI, when possible
- Curate clearance, promotion, and sale lists for consultants and customers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate, thorough, and timely product offerings and launches
- Test and validate functionality prior to launches
- Troubleshoot and resolve system errors
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to receive content and manage timelines
- Follow consistent processes that ensure accuracy and quality of content
- Use templates, best practices, and playbooks to improve quality and efficiency
- Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning and ecommerce systems preferred
- Knowledge of systems workflow and how it interacts/impacts each department
- Ability to organize and maintain records of historical data
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with every department
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects that are all critical and have high priority
- Demonstrated ability to proactively manage content status updates
- Clear and direct communication and interpersonal skills with employees at all levels
- Working knowledge of computers and all applicable software including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong Excel skills, experience with website administration and ERP systems such as SAP
