Position: Assembly/Production Worker
Summary: Responsible for the assembly of candles under the supervision of a Production Supervisor.
Job Duties:
- Follow directions and comply with safety rules and regulations
- Maintain the work area & equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- To communicate with your entire team effectively and respectfully, to have a Scentsational attitude and to bring out the best in your teammates and yourself.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, & Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand on feet for up to 12 hours
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, reach, or push, and pull, as needed.
- Understands and follows company policies, such as attendance and conduct.
- Demonstrates willingness to shift tasks performed, as needed.
- Understands and promotes team environment.
- Must be on time and dependable
- $15.00 per hour
