About the Role:
Scentiment is seeking a Media Buyer who specializes in e-commerce performance marketing across Google, Facebook, and TikTok Ads. This role will manage day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, and creative testing to drive scale and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Monitor daily performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA) and optimize toward efficiency.
• Implement A/B testing frameworks for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on asset development and audience strategy.
• Maintain detailed reporting dashboards and present performance updates to leadership.
• Stay up-to-date on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of hands-on paid media experience for DTC or e-commerce brands.
• Proven success managing campaigns with budgets across multiple ad platforms.
• Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
• Working knowledge of Shopify, GA4, and tracking tools (UTMs, Pixel setup, etc.).
• Analytical, creative, and proactive with strong communication skills.

Compensation:
Open depending on experience; competitive salary or contract-to-hire options available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
