Role Description
This full-time Lead Trimmer role is an on-site position located in Plantation, FL. The Lead Trimmer will be responsible for grooming dogs according to their specific needs and Scenthound guidelines, leading and mentoring a team of groomers, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, interacting with clients, and managing grooming schedules to ensure efficiency.
Qualifications
- Grooming skills including trimming, brushing, and bathing
- Leadership and mentorship capabilities
- Understanding of animal behavior and welfare
- Customer service and communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work on-site in Plantation, FL
- Experience in the pet grooming industry is a plus
