As a Membership Sales Associate, you’ll be the friendly face of Scenthound, helping customers understand the value of our services and memberships. Your role will be key in building lasting relationships with our customers and ensuring their pets receive the care they deserve. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Engage with customers to explain our membership options and services.
• Build strong relationships with pet owners to understand their needs.
• Drive membership sales by showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming environment for customers and their furry friends.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions.

We’re searching for someone who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for helping others. Here are the qualifications we’re seeking:

• 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized.
