Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Affiliate Broker, based in Chattanooga, TN, with some flexibility for remote work. The Affiliate Broker will be responsible for engaging and maintaining relationships with clients, handling real property transactions, and executing effective sales and marketing strategies. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on real estate market trends, providing training and guidance to clients, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations and licensing requirements. The Affiliate Broker will collaborate with a motivated and professional team to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- A proven track record in Sales and Real Property transactions
- Strong knowledge of the real estate industry, including Real Estate License requirements and property management expertise
- Experience in Marketing, with the ability to create and implement innovative sales strategies
- Proficiency in Training clients or team members on real estate processes and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid work environment and adapt to various client needs
- Previous experience in residential or commercial real estate is an asset
