Forklift Operator/Material Handler/Steel Yard Worker:
Scenic Ridge is seeking a Forklift Operator/Material Handler/Steel Yard Worker to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for loading/unloading steel and equipment onto trailers, shipping and receiving construction materials (including related documentation), and keeping our yard clean, safe, and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload steel and construction materials safely and efficiently
- Manage shipping, receiving, and related documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment
- Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong personal character and integrity
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Willing to ask questions and learn
- Team-oriented with good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Construction and forklift experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to solve problems and complete tasks independently

Compensation & Schedule:
· $20-25 per hour, based on experience
· 10–12 hour shifts, full-time

Successful applicant will be required to work 10-12 hours in a shop environment and would be based on a 40 hour workweek.
