What You’ll Do

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), your responsibilities may include:

• Assessing residents and developing individualized care plans

• Performing and assisting with comprehensive nursing assessments

• Providing treatment and monitoring residents’ conditions

• Documenting thoroughly and accurately

• Supervising and delegating tasks to support staff

• Responding to changes in condition with appropriate interventions

• Supporting residents and families through orientation and ongoing communication

• Participating in staff meetings, in-services, and completing required competencies

• Using effective crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when necessary

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Current and unencumbered LPN or RN license in the State of Ohio

• CPR certification (must be maintained)

• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Professional, respectful communication with residents, families, and coworkers

• Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude
