RN Clinical Support and Practice Operations

Scenic Bluffs Community Health Centers
Prairie, WI Full Time
POSTED ON 7/25/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 9/25/2026

Scenic Bluffs is looking to hire a Registered Nurse to support patient care and daily clinic operations at our Prairie du Chien clinic. In this onsite role, the RN will work closely with the provider and clinic leadership to support patient triage, clinical documentation, care coordination, medication refills, referrals, patient education, and clinic workflows. The RN will also help implement approved practice protocols and may provide occasional remote support to other providers within the group practice.

This position requires independence, flexibility, strong clinical judgment, and comfort balancing both clinical and operational responsibilities. While the RN serves as a key on-site clinical resource, this is not a formal supervisory or management position.
