Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our restaurant, bar, or hospitality venue. The ideal candidate will ensure a high standard of service, support staff training and development, and maintain quality control in both food and beverage service. This role involves supervising team members, managing inventory, resolving customer concerns, and working closely with management to improve service and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of food and beverage staff.

• Ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to uphold service standards.

• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and compliance with safety regulations.

• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing labor costs.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.

• Oversee stock levels and place orders as needed; manage waste and minimize losses.

• Work with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and bar areas.

• Enforce company policies and health & safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts efficiently.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Certification in food safety and/or hospitality management is a plus.
