Position Overview

We are seeking a Judgment Enforcement Litigation Specialist with extensive experience in California post-judgment procedures. The ideal candidate is:

  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Experienced with SC-100 filings, liens, court procedures, levies, and asset discovery
  • Aggressive, persistent, and strategic
  • Able to identify and locate debtor assets with accuracy and integrity
  • Eager to grow within a rapidly scaling enforcement division
  • Comfortable communicating with courts, attorneys, sheriffs, and clients
  • Reliable, honest, and driven — absolutely no nonsense, no drama

You will work closely with our litigation manager and executive leadership to execute judgment enforcement strategies from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file post-judgment legal documents including:
  • SC-100s
  • Abstracts of Judgment
  • UCC liens
  • Bank levies
  • Wage garnishments
  • Subpoena Duces Tecum
  • Memorandums of Costs
  • Renewals of Judgment
  • Conduct advanced asset investigations:
  • Bank locates
  • Employment verification
  • Property searches
  • Corporate affiliations
  • Skip tracing
  • Coordinate with courts, sheriffs, process servers, and clients.
  • Maintain strict compliance with CCP requirements, FCRA, FDCPA (where applicable), and internal SCB procedures.
  • Track case progress and provide clear, timely updates.
  • Develop and implement collection and enforcement strategies tailored to each judgment.
  • Drive results with persistence, urgency, and accuracy.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of judgment enforcement or litigation support experience REQUIRED
  • Strong working knowledge of California Code of Civil Procedure (post-judgment)
  • Proven experience filing SC-100 actions, liens, levies, and court documents
  • Exceptional research and asset-locating skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload with precision
  • High integrity — honesty is non-negotiable
  • Motivated, aggressive, and committed to results
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, no-BS environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
