ScatterGun Lodge is seeking a talented, passionate Seasonal Chef to join our team for the upcoming hunting season. Our guests expect exceptional hospitality, and outstanding cuisine is a centerpiece of the ScatterGun experience. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality breakfasts, lunches, hors d'oeuvres, and dinners for lodge guests.
- Create fresh, seasonal menus featuring premium ingredients.
- Accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
- Manage food ordering, inventory, and kitchen supplies.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Work closely with lodge management to provide a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Professional culinary experience required.
- Experience in fine dining, resorts, private clubs, hunting/fishing lodges, or hospitality preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and a passion for hospitality.
- Food safety certification
