Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and results-driven Store Manager to lead our boutique team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury retail management, an eye for style, and a deep commitment to exceptional client service. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day store operations, team leadership, customer relationship management, and achieving sales and performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales
• Ensure a consistently high level of product presentation, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness
• Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top retail talent
• Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and reporting
• Develop and maintain client relationships through CRM, personalized follow-up, and exclusive experiences
• Analyze sales metrics and performance data to inform business decisions and strategies
• Maintain marketing and operations initiatives to ensure brand standards and seasonal objectives
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all product lines and brand heritage

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in a high-end or luxury retail environment
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering luxury experiences
• Proficiency with POS systems, Inventory Management tools, and basic office software
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours
