Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Location: Scarlett Law Group – 80 E. Sir Francis Drake Blvd., Suite 2J, Larkspur, CA 94939
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Scarlett Law Group is seeking a reliable, professional, and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our Larkspur office. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities and supporting our legal team. Punctuality is essential—the selected individual must be prompt at 8:30 AM daily and remain until 5:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, including prospective clients, current clients, opposing counsel, and vendors.
- Maintain a courteous, professional, and calm demeanor at all times.
- Perform general administrative duties, including scanning, filing, copying, and organizing documents.
- Draft, edit, and format documents in Microsoft Word.
- Assist with daily office operations and support staff as needed.
- Learn and master new tasks and responsibilities as they arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Ability to efficiently scan, organize, and file documents.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
