Where You'll Be:
Fairfield Inn & Suites Destin, FL -- 100 rooms, directly across the street from the Emerald Coast. Guests arrive excited. Your job is to make sure they leave raving. You will work alongside a strong General Manager and a team that is already performing, and you will help take it further.
What You'll Own:

TEAM
- Coach, mentor, and develop front desk and breakfast associates with consistency and care
- Be the kind of leader people remember, the one who saw their potential before they did
- Build a culture where showing up matters and doing the right thing is non-negotiable
GUEST
- Elevate the breakfast and front desk experience from transactional to memorable
- Train your team to change "like" to "delight" in every guest interaction, every single time
- Build genuine relationships with guests; know why they're here, what they need, and how to exceed it
- Champion service recovery that turns a frustrating moment into a loyal guest
TOP LINE
- Train your front desk team on sell-out efficiency, every room, every night, at the best rate
- Develop a team that probes, listens, and upsells naturally because they care, not because they're told to
- Understand and support revenue strategy; know your comp set and help protect rate position
BOTTOM LINE
- Maintain labor schedules that are lean without breaking the team
- Monitor cost controls and flag variances before they become problems
- Support P&L performance with a disciplined, heads-up approach to expenses
You're the One If:
- You have 2 years of hotel leadership experience, select-service preferred
- You are flexible with your schedule -- this property runs 24/7 and you lead accordingly
- You are a coach first and a manager second; you develop people, not just processes
- You bring a can-do attitude that the team feels when you walk through the door
- You are culture-first and protect the standard because you believe in it, not because you're told to
- StayPMS experience is a strong plus; we recently transitioned and need a champion, not just a user
- You are growth-minded and GM-track curious; we promote from within
