Role Description
These are part time and full time , on-site roles for Retail Store Staff at our new store. Sales, stock and everyone who loves to do visuals. The role involves educating the customers on the brand, providing outstanding customer service, styling looks, maintaining store standards, managing inventory, and driving sales. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the store is presented beautifully and supporting new team member training as needed, attending and coordinating in store events, hosting market appointments as our showroom is close by.
Qualifications
- Strong NYC style and fashion sense.
- Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with corporate office, founder, clients and team members
- Experience in Retail Sales and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Visual product displays are well-maintained
- Training experience to onboard and mentor new staff members
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and a passion for luxury fashion
- Prior retail or boutique experience is preferred
- Pay range -depending on experience starts at $20-25/hour
