In this role, you’ll connect with customers, guide them toward the right products for their goals, and create a welcoming, educational experience in-store and online. We’re looking for someone who’s confident, engaging, and comfortable live streaming and being on camera to connect with our audience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Talking with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products
- Promoting and upselling wellness products in a natural, helpful way
- Providing top-tier customer service and product education
- Handling transactions and maintaining a clean, organized space
- Assisting with product displays and inventory
- Going live on social media to educate, promote, and interact with customers
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales confidence with the ability to upsell while keeping the customer first
- Comfortable live streaming and being on camera
- CBD and hemp experience is required
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others
- Positive, outgoing, and motivated attitude
