What are the responsibilities and job description for the LIQUOR ROOM ATTENDANT FULL TIME position at SCARLET PEARL CASINO RESORT?
Summary Description:
Responsible for providing adequate stock for each Beverage outlet using established par levels in accordance with specified procedures. Responsible for maintaining, tracking & transporting bulk supplies to and from all Casino Bars and Food & Beverage outlets.
Essential Job Duties:
- Responsible for preparation of requisitioned bar supplies (i.e., liquor, wine, beer, fruit, glasses, matches, ashtrays, etc.) including delivery of stock other necessary items
- Stock all liquor system manifold and maintain clean pump rooms. Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness and rectify any deficiencies.
- Communicate equipment failures to supervisor/manager for maintenance repairs or contact Maintenance directly for urgent repairs.
- Participate in monthly inventory counts.
- Maintain & track pars of liquor, beer, and supplies in beverage warehouse used by Casino Bars & all F&B Outlets
- Stock and serve assigned beverage outlets, maintain assigned levels of inventory, including delivery and stock of glassware, condiments, packaged beverages, paper products, and other necessary items
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of beverage warehouse beverage areas including all related assigned bar equipment, tools, supplies, trash removal, deep cleaning, sanitation and storage & warehouse areas, to include cleaning refrigerators, countertops, and mopping floors
- Ensure use of correct freight elevators and delivery routes to designated Hotel, F&B and Casino Bars outlets
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of bar equipment for special events
Job Requirements:
? Must be at least 21 years of age.
? Must have excellent communication skills, and the ability to complete and close stock requests
? Excellent customer service skills.
? Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
? Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certificates.
Physical Requirements:
? Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 60 pounds without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
