What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dolphin Tour Bartender/Deckhand position at Scarlet Lady Dolphin Adventures?
Scarlet Lady Dolphin Adventures is looking for an energetic, reliable Bartender / Deckhand to join our crew! This is a fantastic opportunity for students—especially those attending Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi—who want to earn money while enjoying the coastal lifestyle this spring and summer.

- Bartend and serve simple mixed drinks, including:
- Frozen smoothies
- Basic mixed cocktails
- Beer and canned beverages
- Provide friendly, upbeat customer service to guests
- Assist the Captain with:
- Tying and securing the boat
- Basic docking procedures
- General boat duties and cleaning
- Preparing the vessel between trips
- Help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all passengers
Requirements
- Must be physically fit and able to:
- Tie and secure lines
- Assist with docking
- Lift supplies and move quickly on deck
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in heat and sun
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must pass a drug test
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Bartending or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
Compensation
- Paid per trip
- We average 2-4 trips per day
- Great earning potential during peak season
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
