Your leadership will drive team performance, maintain food safety standards, and manage inventory to ensure the frozen dept runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the freezer team, providing training, coaching, and development.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, receiving, stock rotation, and minimizing waste.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
- Support customer service excellence by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
