Job Summary
Scapes Design LLC is hiring Landscape Laborers to support our commercial and residential maintenance crews throughout the Lehigh Valley. This is a full-time, hands-on position for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a professional team delivering high-quality landscape services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Install mulch and maintain landscape beds
- Trim shrubs and hedges to maintain a clean appearance
- Assist with seasonal cleanups (spring and fall)
- Support planting and landscape installation projects
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and maintain productivity standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor daily
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Landscaping experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
- Positive attitude
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay starting at $16.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Consistent, full-time work during the season

- Training provided for motivated individuals
Schedule
- Monday–Friday (with occasional Saturdays/Sundays during peak season)
- Typical start time: Early morning
Work Location
- Based in the Lehigh Valley, servicing commercial properties, Property Managers , and residential clients
