We’re looking for skilled and dependable landscape laborers to join our team this spring season. Whether you’re seeking part-time, full-time, or seasonal work, we have opportunities available! Seasonal roles may lead to full-time employment based on performance and company needs.
Work Details:
- Monday through Friday (occasional Saturday) 8-hour shifts
- Bi-weekly pay schedule
- Based in Silver Spring, with travel to job sites in Bethesda and Rockville
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking individuals with professional landscaping experience who are ready to work in various conditions, including extreme hot or cold weather. Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment—such as mowers, weed whackers, and blowers—is required.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Digging holes, planting trees and shrubs
- Mulching, edging, and general cleanup
- Stonework and lawn maintenance
- Safely operating and maintaining landscaping equipment
What You Bring to the Team:
- Physical ability to work bent over or standing throughout the day
- Capability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
- Punctuality, reliability, and ease of communication
- Willingness to work in challenging weather conditions
