Scapeland, LLC is seeking reliable and motivated Snow Removal Technicians to assist with snow and ice management during winter weather events. This position is part-time and weather-dependent, ideal for individuals looking for flexible, seasonal work with opportunities to grow into other roles.
Schedule & Hours
- On-call as snow events occur
- Hours vary based on weather conditions
- Expect 0–25 hours per week, depending on snowfall and storm frequency
- Shifts may include early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Primary Responsibilities
- Shoveling snow from sidewalks and pedestrian areas
- Applying ice melt/salt to maintain safe walking surfaces
- Working efficiently on a large commercial property
- Following safety procedures and company standards
- Communicating with crew leaders during snow events
Additional Opportunities
- Opportunities may be available to operate:
- Plow trucks
- Mini track loaders
- Skid steer loaders
- When the snow season ends, qualified and dependable employees may have opportunities to join our landscape and/or hardscape installation crews
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to be on-call and respond promptly during snow events
- Ability to perform physical labor in cold, winter conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Previous snow removal experience is a plus, but not required
- Equipment operation experience is a plus (training may be available)
