Landscape/Hardscape Install Foreman/Apprentice

Scapeland is seeking a Junior Foreman to lead a crew on residential hardscape and landscape construction projects. This is a leadership role responsible for managing daily jobsite operations, maintaining production efficiency, and delivering high-quality work.

We are a multi-location, fast-growing company focused on building well-designed, high-end outdoor spaces. Our systems, equipment, and project planning allow our crews to stay organized and operate efficiently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew on active job sites
• Oversee daily production, scheduling, and workflow
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
• Operate equipment and assist with installation as needed
• Maintain jobsite organization, safety, and efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or related construction
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lead by example and hold team members accountable
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage time and keep projects on track

Preferred:

• Previous crew lead or leadership experience
• Equipment operation experience

Compensation & Growth

• $27–$35/hour starting pay (based on experience)
• Clear path to Senior Foreman, including increased responsibility and compensation
