Scandroli Construction Company, a fourth-generation, family-owned business with over a century of excellence in the construction industry, is seeking to grow our Project Management team. Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a solid understanding of construction processes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning

· Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

· Define project scope and objectives in coordination with architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.

Budget Management

· Prepare and track project budgets, ensuring accurate reporting of all costs.

· Approve invoices and oversee all financial aspects of the project.

Team Leadership

· Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and laborers.

· Hold regular meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues.

Quality Control

· Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and safety requirements.

· Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.

Risk Management

· Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

· Manage project changes and keep stakeholders informed.

Communication

· Act as the primary liaison for clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

· Provide regular updates on status, challenges, and milestones.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.

· Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

· Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam)

Preferred Qualifications

· Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are a plus.
