What You’ll Do
- Lead all daily restaurant operations with a strong focus on hospitality and execution.
- Manage and develop a team of 40–70 employees, building a positive, inclusive culture.
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent.
- Ensure brand standards for quality, speed, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain full P&L accountability, including cost controls and forecasting.
- Drive sales through local marketing and community involvement.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, food quality, and safety compliance.
What You Bring
- 2 years as a General Manager in high-volume, full-service casual dining.
- Experience overseeing $2M–$5M annual sales.
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Proven understanding of P&L management and operational systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
