Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Luxury Retail & Customer Consultant role located in Jackson, WY. The role involves delivering exceptional in-person customer experiences, addressing customer inquiries, and helping clients select luxury bedding and home products that meet their needs. Responsibilities include fostering relationships with customers, providing expert advice, ensuring a premium shopping experience, maintaining store hours, product knowledge of the in-store brands and maintaining product knowledge to answer inquiries accurately. The consultant will also support store daily operations, store hours and contribute to achieving montlhy and annual sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Contact, and Customer Support to ensure a superior client experience
- Proficiency in Communication and Client Counseling to guide customers in selecting luxury products
- Comfortable engaging with high-end clientele and delivering seamless customer service
- Passion for luxury home, bed & bath goods and an eye for style and design
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site retail setting
- Experience in luxury retail or a related field is a strong advantage
