Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role located in Menomonee Falls, WI. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance of equipment, troubleshooting mechanical or technical issues, and conducting repairs to ensure optimal operation of industrial machinery. Daily responsibilities include inspecting, diagnosing, and maintaining machinery and systems, as well as collaborating with teams to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
- Strong Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving technical and mechanical issues
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance strategies
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics related to equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Experience with safety protocols and regulations in industrial settings
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in maintenance-related fields is a plus
