Job Description:

The Job

Prepares, examines, negotiates and revises contracts.

You Will

• Ensures contracts are consistent with management's goals, policies, and procedures.
• Assures that all clarifications and amendments of negotiations are incorporated into the final contract.
• Generates, maintains, and audits a central contract-resource file. Ensures that necessary procedural controls exist.

• Other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications

• 1 years of contracting experience.
• Performs work under direct supervision.
• Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
