Summary: The Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the store in accordance with company policy. The manager will hire, train, and motivate their staff to exceed customer and company expectations while creating ambassadors of the brand. This is a full-time exempt position with a 5 day workweek to include weekends and retail holidays.

Summary: The Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the store in accordance with company policy. The manager will hire, train, and motivate their staff to exceed customer and company expectations while creating ambassadors of the brand. Responsibilities And Duties
- Manage and maximize store sales by achieving assigned goals and focusing on income producing activities to include but not be limited to; responding to customer demands, being aware of market trends in home furnishings, promoting the Scan Design brand within the community.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and manage associates through training, motivation, and inspiration.
- Operational management of the assigned store through inventory accuracy, following company protocols, and compliance
- Store administration through demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct and accomplishment of day-to-day operations.
- Ensure the highest quality in visual and merchandising management in floor displays and cleanliness.
- Hands-on approach to assist associates in selling, merchandising, marketing, and driving sales
- Permanent or temporary duties as assigned by senior leadership.
- Proven track record in retail and sales management with a great ability to lead a team.
- Organized, Creative with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 3 – 5 years high-end store management experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- FL Driver's license with clear record to be insured by our carrier
