What You’ll Do
- Synchronize traditional media (print, local media, outdoor placements) with digital media (social media, website content, email and paid media), and in-store touchpoints (signage and environmental branding)
- Analyze trends and consumer behaviors across our local markets to develop data-driven strategies that maintain our competitive advantage
- Direct our social media strategy, community engagement, and brand voice ensuring that marketing department stays aligned with brand pillars: design, quality, service
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI across campaigns
- Lead relationships with agencies and freelancers, providing actionable creative briefs and tracking partner performance to ensure maximum ROI on external spend
- Develop and implement methods to leverage AI and automation for content production, CRM analysis, and accelerated market research
- Constantly refine and protect our brand perception as a premium design destination for modern luxury design
What You’ll Bring
✔ 3 to 5 years of proven success in marketing or brand management
✔ Demonstrated experience managing campaigns across digital, traditional, and physical retail environments
✔ Background in luxury, furniture, design, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred
✔ A strong balance of high-end creative intuition and data-driven execution
✔ Experience managing agencies, external partners, and creative freelancers
✔ Genuine curiosity and comfort with AI tools and modern marketing technology
