Forward Deployed Engineer

My client is a frontier AI team building next-generation intelligence systems and deploying them into real-world environments. They’re assembling a world-class group of researchers and engineers and are now hiring mid to senior Forward Deployed Engineers to help scale their applied AI efforts.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with customers to understand high-value problems and turn them into real, production AI solutions
- Design, build, and deploy applications powered by modern model and agent frameworks
- Own end-to-end delivery from architecture through implementation and rollout
- Translate new model capabilities into usable, high-impact products
- Contribute to best practices, technical patterns, and deployment workflows as the team grows
What We’re Looking For
- Strong software engineering background in Python, TypeScript, or similar
- Experience deploying systems into cloud or hybrid environments
- Familiarity with modern AI infrastructure and tooling including LLMs, RAG, and orchestration frameworks
- 3–8 years of professional experience, ideally including customer-facing or delivery-focused work
- High ownership, adaptability, and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
