Team Member / Front Desk Associate
Scalp Lab is looking for a friendly, reliable Team Member / Front Desk Associate to join our team.
This role is a mix of client experience, front desk responsibilities, and hands-on scalp treatments. No prior certification is required. We provide training to help you learn our services, equipment, and client experience standards.
Experience in massage therapy, cosmetology, esthetics, trichology, or a related field is a plus, but we’re open to motivated candidates who are eager to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional experience from check-in through check-out
- Text and call clients to confirm appointments and assist with scheduling
- Manage appointments and client information through Square
- Perform scalp treatments including cleansing, massage, conditioning, and other treatments using Scalp Lab’s equipment and techniques
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment rooms and front desk areas
- Assist with general administrative and front desk responsibilities
- Help create a calm, welcoming environment for every client
