Scaliency is a growth marketing agency in Phoenix that builds complete marketing systems for service-based businesses. We combine content production, paid advertising, web development, SEO, and automation into one unified growth engine. Our clients are local businesses across the Phoenix Valley that trust us to make their marketing work as a system, not a guessing game.
We're growing, and we need a new teammate to provide another helping hand at keeping that growth organized.
We're hiring an Operations & Client Services Manager — the person who sits between our leadership team and our production team and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll own client onboarding, deliverable quality, task management, and day-to-day client communication.
This is a ground-floor opportunity. You'll have real ownership over the systems that make this agency run. If you've been at a bigger company and felt like a cog in the machine, this is the opposite — your impact will be visible from day one.
What You'll Do
- Own the full client onboarding process — from the moment a deal closes through first deliverables being live
- Create client-facing strategy documents that capture each business's brand, services, and goals
- QA all deliverables (websites, landing pages, content) before they reach the client — you're the quality gatekeeper
- Assign and track production tasks across the team, making sure the right people are working on the right things with clear direction and deadlines
- Handle day-to-day client communication — updates, scheduling, approvals, follow-ups
- Coordinate production timelines across multiple clients and team members without letting things slip
- Prep performance reports ahead of client meetings so leadership walks in ready
- Build and maintain the processes, checklists, and documentation that let us scale without losing quality
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing services environment — marketing agencies, consulting firms, creative shops, project management, or similar
- Experience managing multiple accounts or projects simultaneously without missing deadlines
- Strong written communication — you represent a premium brand in every email and document you send
- Project management proficiency — comfortable with tools like ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
- A QA mindset — you naturally catch the details others miss: the broken link, the wrong phone number, the off-brand color
- Client-facing confidence — can lead or co-lead meetings, present work, and handle feedback with composure
- Organized under pressure — when multiple clients need attention at the same time, you prioritize and execute without spiraling
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, paid ads, social media, websites) is a plus, but not required — we'll teach the marketing side if you bring the organizational skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to Have:
- WordPress familiarity (reviewing sites for quality, not building them)
- CRM platform experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Service-business industry experience (home services, auto, construction, cleaning)
