What will your role be?
We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to support Video Teleconference (VTC) rooms across North America, including the U.S. and Canada. This role will ensure VTC rooms are properly equipped, maintained, and up to date.
Qualifications
- Project management or highly specialized project coordination experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working onsite 4 days per week and collaborating directly with the team.
- Physically able to walk approximately 2–3 miles per day while inspecting and supporting rooms.
- Technical background is preferred
