What are the responsibilities and job description for the Private Client Account Manager position at Scali Insurance Group?
Lafferty Private Client Group is seeking an experienced Private Client Account Manager (also known as Private Client Advisor / Relationship Manager / Risk Advisor) to manage and service a book of high-net-worth personal lines clients. The Private Client Account Manager also plays a key role in identifying coverage gaps, generating new business quotes, and ensuring each client’s insurance program evolves with their risk profile. A strong understanding of high-net-worth carriers, products, and coverages is essential.
Role highlights:
• Manage new and renewal business for complex personal insurance programs
• Partner closely with Producers and top-tier carriers (Chubb, AIG, PURE, Berkley One, Vault, and more)
• Identify coverage gaps, remarket accounts, and support evolving client risk profiles
• Prepare proposals, renewals, endorsements, EOIs, and policy changes
• Deliver exceptional, proactive client service to drive retention
Ideal background:
- 2 years of personal lines insurance experience
- Strong knowledge of HNW coverages (home, auto, valuables, excess, flood, watercraft, etc.)
- Arizona P&C license required (California license or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and client-focused
- Experience with Applied EPIC agency management system
