Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst
Full-Time Preferred - Contract Considered
We're working with a growing technology consultancy that is expanding its ServiceNow practice and is looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to join the team. This is a client-facing role where you'll work with enterprise organisations to understand business challenges, lead requirements workshops, and deliver ServiceNow solutions that drive real operational improvements. This isn't a traditional Business Analyst position. You'll play a key role throughout the full implementation lifecycle, partnering with both business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver successful ServiceNow projects

What you'll be doing
- Leading requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders
- Translating business needs into effective ServiceNow solutions
- Working closely with developers throughout design, configuration and implementation
- Delivering projects across ITSM, Request Management, Knowledge Management and Service Portal
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Supporting data mapping, integrations, testing and UA
- Building trusted relationships with clients and acting as a strategic advisor
- Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to delivery best practices
What you'll bring
- 5 years' experience delivering ServiceNow implementations as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM
- Experience with Request Management, Knowledge Management and Service Portal
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Strong understanding of ITIL and IT service management best practices
Nice to have
- Financial Services experience
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD or similar)
- ITIL certification
- Agile delivery experience
- Exposure to ITOM and ServiceNow integrations
