A leading global consultancy is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to join their ServiceNow transformation practice. This role is pivotal in ensuring that cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions are not only implemented but fully adopted and integrated across client organizations.
You will guide clients through the human side of digital transformation, ensuring technology investments translate into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Work with senior stakeholders to define business outcomes and assess organizational impacts of ServiceNow implementations.
- Change Planning: Develop OCM strategies, roadmaps, and conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and communication planning.
- Enablement & Adoption: Design and deliver training, communications, and workshops to drive readiness and manage resistance.
- Integration: Act as the liaison between technical teams and business units, translating technical features into business benefits.
- Measurement: Define KPIs to track adoption and effectiveness of change initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- ServiceNow Expertise: Proven experience managing OCM workstreams for large-scale ServiceNow programs.
- Certification: Current ServiceNow certification (CSA or micro-certifications).
- Change Methodology: Strong knowledge of Prosci ADKAR or similar frameworks.
- Process Improvement: Familiarity with LEAN principles or equivalent.
- Consulting Skills: Ability to manage senior stakeholders and operate in complex environments.
- Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in global delivery models.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications (ITSM, HRSD, SPM).
