Hallmark is looking for an experienced Solutioning leaders from Workforce solutioning, staffing or recruiting background, to be a part of our growing team. The candidate should be passionate about leading a sales team focused on recruiting solutions. The ideal candidate brings rich industry experience, strong people leadership, a relentless focus on the customers, and a grand vision. Working in a dynamic sales & delivery driven environment, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and closing agreements with prospects and on another hand managing both local & offshore teams.
The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product lines, and industry challenges in Talent Acquisition, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions to customers

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of sales experience/Business development, preferably in IT staffing and/or IT solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop business plan and sales strategy
- Will be the one spearheading Sales function for the organization
- Should have proven leadership skills and ability to drive sales
- Experience in sales Account mining hunting (generating new business) , Prepare action plan for lead generation
- Effectively utilize internet, LinkedIn etc. for new client opportunities & development
- Maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for further business.
- Maintained steady lead generation and customer acquisition in competitive markets throughout United states
- Experience with enterprise software solutions sales to large, complex organizations
- Creation and management of proposal presentations and RFP responses
