A growing B2B distributor in the specialty retail and alternative wellness space. We partner with independent retailers nationwide to supply high-demand kratom, hemp-derived products, and related accessories, driving repeat sales and recurring wholesale revenue.
As a Sales Representative, you will make high-volume outbound calls to retail store owners nationwide. This is a phone-heavy, full-cycle B2B role where you own the relationship from first contact through close and ongoing reorders.
What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to retail business owners nationwide
- Have 35–50 live conversations per day (not just dials)
- Introduce wholesale product lines and explain margins and sell-through
- Send product samples and manage structured follow-up calls
- Close new accounts and process orders end to end
- Maintain relationships through ongoing phone-based account management
- Drive recurring monthly reorders from your book of business
What You’ll Get
- Base salary starting at $40,000-$50,000 uncapped commission
- On-target earnings for first-year sales reps: $75,000–$125,000 ,
- Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) after eligibility period
