Location: West Los Angeles (Ideally based in Santa Monica)
About the Brand
We are an emerging and fast-growing Ready-to-Drink (RTD) alcoholic beverage brand, redefining convenience without compromising on quality. With a focus on premium ingredients, bold flavors, and a strong brand identity, we are building a presence across some of the most exciting on- and off-premise accounts in Los Angeles.
The Role
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Representative to expand our footprint across West LA. This role will be responsible for developing and managing both on-premise (bars, restaurants, hotels) and off-premise (liquor stores, retailers, chains) accounts, building strong partnerships, and driving brand visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new on- and off-premise accounts across West Los Angeles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, bar managers, and store owners
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed distribution and revenue targets
- Conduct regular account visits to ensure strong product placement, visibility, and stock levels
- Deliver staff trainings and tastings to educate partners on the brand
- Collaborate with marketing on in-market activations and promotional events
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback
- Maintain accurate reporting on sales activity and pipeline
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2 years of experience in beverage alcohol sales, distribution, or hospitality
- Background as a bartender or experience working with a spirits supplier/distributor strongly preferred
- Strong existing network within the West LA on- and off-premise scene is highly advantageous
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Passion for the beverage industry and emerging brands
- Based in or near Santa Monica
