Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the Salesforce environment, including the management of custom objects, validation rules, flows, and third-party integrations.
- Build and maintain automated dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators such as CAC, LTV, churn rate, and pipeline velocity.
- Design and implement lead-to-revenue workflows using marketing automation tools like Marketo or Hubspot to ensure seamless data handoffs between teams.
- Perform regular data audits and cleansing cycles to maintain high-quality records within the CRM and linked data warehouses.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to define territory assignments and quota tracking mechanisms within the compensation management platform.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the sales tech stack to ensure consistent user adoption and data entry.
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration; certification (Administrator or Advanced Administrator) is highly preferred.
- Strong SQL skills for querying relational databases and preparing datasets for visualization.
- Proven ability to build complex financial or operational models in Excel or Google Sheets using advanced formulas and pivot tables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Bonus: Experience with Apex coding, Outreach/Salesloft administration, or managing CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementations.
