Role Description The Senior Meta Paid Social Account Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility for part-time work from home. This role is responsible for planning, building, and optimizing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) paid social campaigns for eCommerce clients, including audience targeting, creative testing, and budget management. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing performance data, preparing reports and insights, leading strategy conversations with clients, and coordinating with creative and copy teams to develop high-performing ad assets. The Senior Account Manager will also mentor junior team members, stay current on platform updates and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities to scale accounts while maintaining strong return on ad spend.

Qualifications
- Strong experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid social campaigns for eCommerce brands, including strategy development, campaign build, optimization, and scaling.
- Advanced skills in data analysis, performance reporting, and translating metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV) into clear recommendations and client-facing insights.
- Ability to collaborate with creative teams on ad concepts, messaging, and testing frameworks, with a solid understanding of direct-response creative best practices.
- Proven client management skills, including leading strategy calls, presenting results, handling feedback, and building long-term partnerships.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or performance marketing environment, with strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills.
- Comfort using Ads Manager and related tools, plus familiarity with tracking, pixels, events, and attribution; experience with GA4 or similar analytics platforms is beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex performance data in clear, accessible language.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor or support junior team members; previous leadership or senior account management experience is an advantage.
- Interest in continuous learning and staying up to date with Meta platform changes, privacy trends, and new paid social strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in performance marketing.
